Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with sustainable packaging materials. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Include the original eco-friendly packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Beauty products (opened or used items from our Beauty collection)
  • Candles (once used from our artisan Candles line)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in our DISCOVER section)

Conscious Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

2. Receive Authorization

Our Indianapolis team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Package Mindfully

Please reuse our original eco-friendly packaging when possible. Include the completed return form (provided with your order).

4. Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Track Your Return

Keep your tracking information for reference. We’ll notify you once we receive your return.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the same steps as our return process
  • Clearly indicate the desired exchange item (from our current collections)
  • Include any additional payment if the new item costs more

For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item via our standard shipping method.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days

Sustainable Return Practices

Aligned with our Frankie Gives Back initiative, we responsibly handle all returns:

  • Unwanted clothing items in good condition are donated to our ethical partners
  • Damaged items are recycled or upcycled whenever possible
  • We continuously work to minimize packaging waste in our return process

Damaged or Incorrect Items
