Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Beauty products (opened or used items from our Beauty collection)
- Candles (once used from our artisan Candles line)

Conscious Return Process
